Something makes me think a bunch of people are gonna try to imitate this and fail miserably. It's yet another one of those things where you want to say "Why didn't *I* think of that?!".

I wonder if he could've continued, what he would have gotten for the house.

I heard of this when he first started it, he was on my radio station talking about it. That was when he had the paper clip.

I just heard this morning that he got the house, and I'm amazed. Kudos to him.

If I had the will to do this, I would, but I would probably give up after I got about halfway there. It's astounding how he turned something that costs about 10¢ and turned it into something that costs about $500,000.00. That would be cool to try sometime though. It would take a while, but the results would definetely be worth it. Maybe homeless people will start trying this and it'll lower the amount of people out there on the streets.
