Sounds like they're having a heck of a sale, or that particular store is going out of business soon. There are plenty of JC Penny's around where I live, and not everything is on clearance sale. |

This sounds more of a question you should ask that JCPenny store that is in the next city.

So there's this JCPenny store in the next city over where I am... Now, I don't know if this is at every branch, but in this particular store, every item, and I mean EVERY item is on a clearance sale. Are most JCPenny branches like this, or is my local one just way too full? |
