Well as for my "pool" of MP3's, I currently have about 160Gb on my external hard drive, and about 50 or so Gb on CD's/DVDs that I have yet to copy over, not to mention Cd's that Ive yet to rip, so yeah, I like my music

I have a 3rd gen 20Gb iPod, which I haven't filled. It's about halfway.

I keep thinking I might get an iPod nano or something instead though. Something less chunky than the 3rd gen....

I don't have an iPod, but I do have a portable CD player that can play MP3s, which is pretty nice. Storage capacity is obviously around 700MB per CD.

I have a 512mb iPod shuffle and a 4 gig iPod mini and let's just say I could fill it many times over. I have over 65 gigs of music and I've always wondered what it would be like to have it on one mp3 player. I don't think I'd like it, it would take to long to go through. I'd much rather prefer just making playlists and adding them to a smaller player, say 20-30 gigs.

I have a bunch of stuff on my iPod and I still have... 20GB or so left. Only 10GB used.

Now, if I catch up on my anime... lot more will be used.

That's actually why I originally got my iPod Shuffle. Now it's on podcast/audiobooks in the car duty. And that's... (deep breath) okay...

I don't carry an mp3 player. I use a sony netMD minidisc player. I can fit about 6 cds worth of music on a minidisc and they are cheap as dirt. I like that I don't have to have a billion songs on one to scan through. And I like switching out the minidiscs. Not having all my songs on a bulk drive means I can have themed discs. And I get 54 hours of play out of a single AA battery... though that's not a deal breaker because I recharge all of my batteries anyway.

I just lost about 36 gigs of mp3 when my laptop died... *sadness*

Had two going to be three i-Pod's. The reason I had that many is because they borked. I never sent this one in. I think its breaking because of my car hookup for an i-Pod.

Edit: They are all the 3rd or 4th generation i-Pod's. I have the 40 gig. Its good knowing that I have extra hardrive space.

However I just got a new one with my Mac because im a college student. I however had to give that to my step sis because I got a new Mac.

Its the MacBook Pro 17".

I have a 30GB ipod video, and it's currently filled to about 18GB. Mostly music, not too much video or photo.

My iPod (20 GB) is no longer among the living, but on my comp, I've got just over 80 GB (and that's just what I've imported into iTunes, not counting downloads I've yet to import). Phone? Almost 100 songs, because that's all it can handle.

I lack an MP3 player, but I have around 3.45 Gigs in my main folder, with another half a gig in my appropriately named "Other Muzak" folder.

...Yeah, I'm lame. But that's better than the 50 or so songs I just had for a while...

I have a Black 30GB iPod Video.

I have 3945 items, 10.4 days (of listening) and 20.57 GB's used.

Just a week or so I deleted around 10-15 CD's because I wasn't listening to them.

The only MP3 player I have is really old and I don't use it anymore since I don't go out often. And it sounds better on the computer.

Don't have an MP3 player...just a lot (and I do mean a lot) of CDs. I have a GiG stick for my PsP, but I really don't use it for music. Hopefully later on I'll get an IPod or something of the likes.

I know a guy who has like 120GB mp3s on his puter. I'm not entirely sure how much I have myself.. my normal playlist has 141 hours though. A search for *.mp3 yielded 27GB or so.. but that's not all my music (there's some flac and ogg and wav) and not all of it is music .

I've just bought a behemoth of an Mp3 player, (in more ways than one) not only does it have a 40Gb storage capacity, but in bulk it's about the size of an old Casette Walkman, luckily my pockets are big enough.

Now, what I want to know is... what's the size of your Mp3 player and have you been able to fill it.... I have
