Well, the darker red shade is permabanned, and the lighter-but-still-red is to signify a user who was firetruck red, and then got banned. Regular ban is gray.
They pretty much all mean the same thing, don't worry about it.

I think the reddish names (not the permabanned people) are people who are under watch (or were before being banned). Kinda like those red-named people, except banned.
