1. When you answer a question you can't answer again until the next time. You answer the quotes with the game name.
2. Each point value is most likely going to be concerned with the game popularity. I'm not going to give away 200 points for someone who answers the question "Thank you Mario, but the princess is in another castle." It's just too simple that way.
