I'm not trying to show interest in anyone. If I were, I'd not show my drawings to any human. They're normally just stick figures and Norse gods fighting (that said, it's hard to tell the two apart).

As for getting into pants? A combined approach with both mockery and flattery works best.

What's with people being obsessed with sex? I mean, yeah, it's great and all, and I'd love to do it with a beatiful girl at school, but... That's not why I would want to be with her. It's because of who she is. Yeah. That sounds cheesy, but it's true.

Anyways... I'm actually one of those people, so it's a little better. Sure, I show people my "drawings"... But I give them a warning of seeing a crappy drawing. I always do this to my friends, and it ends in laughter. We all do crappy drawings!

And, if possible, you should discuss art in a language not commonly spoken in your region so that anyone not in the conversation will think that you're super awesomely cosmopolitan and SMRT.

Eh, when it comes at critique I tend to always point out what's good (even if the thing sucks in total) and then suggests construcivly on what could be done better.

They either aren't looking hard enough or aren't well versed enough in what they're being asked to analyze.

Setz, wanting to go back in time and punch yourself is the best sign of true progress. Trust me, it's much better than still thinking all that crap is good.

Nobody's perfect at anything overnight. You might be *good* or show some skill your first time, but if you keep at it you'll definitely notice the difference.

That describes me as a begginer, now I only release about 1/4th of what I make, if that, because I'm aware of flaws much sooner than I was able to before; sometimes it's so bad I never finish something because it just needs too much work. When I look back on older things I've released I can hear god killing a kitten.
