That "post background" field has a history of not working.
BTW, your BG is a bit bright. Try this darker version (the same image, but in half brightness mode).

Yeah... That bothered me too. I'll try to find a better background tomorrow. It'll most likely be from Super Mario World.

Nevermind, I already found a good background. I'll host it, then post it.

Well, this one doesn't hurt peoples' eyes and it tiles perfectly! WOO!

But now, the background is going to repeat horizontally and vertically... With it going vertically, it might look pretty ugly... To prevent this, add background-repeat: repeat-x; within the style.

However, it's going to repeat while at the top of your post... This means that if you make a long post going down the page, the text is going to leave your background. In this case, the only thing I can think of that you can do is have a scrollbar. UNLESS you are willing to have it the way you have now.

That's what the background funtion puts into your post.

Also, that castle background would tile horizontally quite well, but if you ever make a rather long post, you're going to cause it to look wrong.

I still don't know why my own background didn't appear in my browser.... Oh well. It appears now! Thanks for your help!

I think I would be able to fix it if I could see it... Alas, I have yet to receive some advice on it.

Well, here's a better-suited background for tiling. Still doesn't show up.

That isn't a very good background. It fails to tile and has some other problems..

I'm using FireFox.

Strange, on the image hosting service I'm using, the background disappears from the album after I log out. Weird.

Well, it does show up for me on IE. It's probably your browser that's causing this problem. What is the browser that you are using?

*Tries it* No luck. I have the plain address (http://gallery.otakumedia.com/d/77539-1/Background.PNG) pasted in there, but absolutely nothing shows up.

You don't need to put the image tag in the background box, just the address.

I need a bit of help getting my background up. Here's the background. I put it with the simple image tag thing (not html) under the background box thing. I checked out my latest post, and I noticed that it wasn't changed at all. What am I doing wrong?
