What you do is turn off the grid and axes and press TRACE. Then you press DRAW (2nd + PRGM) and go to POINTS. Select Pt-Change( and hit ENTER (or hit 3). It'll bring you to the graph screen. Now just press ENTER to place a dot and ENTER again to remove it. |

But drawing on a TI-83+ in itself is hard enough. Consider a 92+, they're a lot better for artistic output xD |
