What you set it to has no effect whatsoever on any other user; they see what they selected. Plain-text headers/footers suck |

As a matter of fact you can turn them off as you can see in edit profile.

It's about my layout. Not my behavior. Apparently, -------------- doesn't exist! But I digress....
We need to find a way to block only layouts and not entire profiles. That's just a waste. |
