Games can detect the BIOS checksum, and thus can refuse to run on unknown BIOSes (mainly emulators; though other problems like the change with Nintendo DS can be a disadvantage). In emulators, you can remedy the problem a lot of times by dumping your BIOS

I tried Surlent's suggestion, but it still doesn't work for me. Any other ideas?

FYI. LoG 1 will not work on anything higher than v1.1 I have 2 VBA emulators on my comp, because of this. 1.1 and the latest 1.7.2.

Nevermind. I just figured what the hell and tried it on v1.1 for Buu's Fury too and wouldn't you know it. It worked. However unlike LoG 1 you can switch back to the updated emulator the next chance you get to do a hard save. I mean the regular .sgm save like you would without an emulator. ie using the save point. Then just loading up the updated emulator selecting the game you saved.

The VBA staff seriously needs to bug proff their newer versions better. Seriously.

I got all 3 to work on the newest VBA. Not sure how, though, although I did just download Direct X 9.00. Also, I used the 2 in 1 DBZ LOG 1 and 2 rom downloaded from www.*********.com. PM me for the actual website address.

I can now get 2 and 3 to work on VisualByAdvance perfectly. The 1st one, however, won't work at all on VBA, or any other emu I've tried, but 1. It was either Rascal Boy Advance or No$GBA, I really don't remember which emu it was. When it ran on that one, however, the GFX were like glitchy and you couldn't see anything hardly, it was all white looking, except for your character. Any way to make this game run (emu, settings, patch...)? Just wondering.

Not only will you revieve this error on Buu's Fury, but on Legacy of Goku 1 and 2 also. It's pretty annoying. I didn't know about the EEPROM setting though. After getting the error I just gave up on the game.

I copied the entire "The game cannot run on this hardware" including quotation marks into Google's search field and got this:

~ I get a "The game cannot run on this hardware" message when entering Kai's mansion in Dragon Ball Z - Buu's Fury. Is there a patch to fix it?
No need for a patch, just go to the "Options" menu in VisualBoy Advance, then "Emulator" -> "Save Type" and set it to EEPROM.

This works for VBA though, which is superior to No$GBA in my point of view.

I was just wondering why I can't get DBZ Buus Fury to work on ANY
GBA emulators when I checked the rom and it said it was a 'perfect rom' or something like that (In No$GBA, I think), but I play it, and when I go into this house (You HAVE to go in there to continue with the game) it says "The game cannot run on this hardware." Don't care much for it now (I tryed it a while ago, when I still liked DBZ)

I was just wondering whyit wouldn't work.
