Try using GFX from non-Mario games. Even GFX from non-platformers can be used in some way or another. GFX from an RPG can be used in the Overworld. One non-platformer I'd recommend is Bust-A-Move '95. That game has some GORGEOUS BGs that would look great in a hack. |

Or still use it.
Or don't use SMAS graphics at since they have been overused ever since. Everybody using it doesn't mean it is good... it only means it is simple to do. Why has it been ages since I last saw a hack with graphics ripped from another game than SMAS or even entirely self-made ones? |

you can download all the hacks from the thread that says "hack database" is in this forum so look for it and its not locked. |

I've heard that a lot of people base there hacks off of 'peter_ac's GFX hack' I'd like to know where I can download it (I just want to see what's so good about it.
If so many people use it, it must be good. And, by the way, is it locked?) Anyways, does anyone know where I can download it? Thanks! |
