Yes, it does scroll => overflow: auto;
I'm not going to use this layout for things like screenshots (obviously), but if I do see something broken I'll check Disable Layout. If I had a better monitor, I could see it in higher res perspective.  |

I run in 1152x864, and your layout doesn't really box the tables for me...
Much like Kawa's and Ailure's layout, there's always a huge space in all of the tables where the right half of the post table just kinda stops mattering. |

Preview button. If it scrolls, check "Disable Layout". No biggie. |

I'm in 1280x1024, and your layout pretty much fills up the left half of the post. Other than that, it doesn't seem broken...
Also, I'm guessing that it's a dreaded scrolling layout? |
