That happens when your pcx is not 256 in width. You need to expand the image's width before you run m16-7k.

For some reason, this has occurred ever since I started with the M16-7K, about 10 months ago. I tryed to ignore it, but it continue to screw up the gfx.

It seems as there are 3 seperae gfx on the same picture, but with 3 different palettes. An advice to help me stop the error from showing up would be appreciated
