Not to hijack the thread or anything, but is there a way to do this with any piece of NES music? For example, if I wanted to rip a theme from Crystalis or Contra and use it to replace one of the themes in SMW, could I do that easily? |

No.
I didn't come close to having to do that for COTMK 2's smb3 music. |

Don't you have to delete the header (of the clean SMW rom)before applying the SMB3 patch to a it? |

I'm... Fairly certain it won't do that if you do it right... Get demo world, apply the patch to a blank rom, make a patch between the two. |

As a side note, I'd like to say that will overwrite the work you've done so far and replace it with the Demo World levels, so make a backup. Hopefully you're doing that anyway, but whenever you do a major change like a patch or something, always back up your ROM. |

I am creating a hack of SMW and I am with a problem regarding the music of the game. I wanted to know if some exists patch that inserts the music of the Super Mario Bros. 3 in my hack. |
