Why is he willing to go through so much for all this pain =| I don't understand you lovey types, I guess.

What. Try not to talk about me if you have no idea what you're even talking about in the first place. Thanks.

Oh, and to stay on topic, love is as real as you allow it to be. Its all a matter of balancing between what your heart and head tells you and it can differ from person to person. Ultimately, your brain will tell you one thing, but your heart is what ultimately ends up just feeling right. In my case, I'm certain beyond all resonable doubt that I have in fact found love.

I believe you about that. Love can really kick you in the head and leave you with scars that never quite get to being right again.

Like if a lover betrays your trust, sometimes you wind up with trust issues, or particular subsets of "trust issues". It might become harder for you to trust.

Not to say that it leaves you completely screwed up forever, but depending on what caused the downfall of a relationship, there may be things that you have more hang-ups about. Trust being pretty much the obvious one...

Oh, I wasn't commenting on the real subject, I was commenting on the subject I wanted it to be.

If it was about the TV show, it'd more likely be in the entertainment forum was what I meant, so I should not have had my hopes up

Nah, it's fine in General Chat.

Sure, A&E's is typically the home for threads like this, but it's not a rule.

Aww, I was hoping this would be about the TV show... then I realized who created the thread.

Not to mention this would've been in the wrong forum anyways.

If so... what made it so special?

Are you together or now seperate?

My girlfriend just told me that she loved me for the first time last night... and as much as I thought I was ready..... I was like "awww... thank you..." I felt bad for not saying it back, but she seems to not be worried about the fact that I didn't say it back... she asked me: "Did it freak you out"? I said: "No"

...and I wasn't freaked out, but I was flattered, and I really like her a lot, but I don't know if I could say I love her yet... I was in love with my past girlfriend... and it took me a whole 6 months to recover after our breakup... so your thoughts on it guys???

Well, yes I have been in Love with my Ex-girlfriend, me and her were going on out a year and 2 months it was great everything emotional and sexually.

I didnt care about anything else I wanted to be with her forever.. but she had diffrent thought's in that case and instead took her love for partying and drugs over me...and my true Love for her.

Note this:

Love can drive someone to do anything... You can overcome the most difficult things when you are in love... and you can do the most stupid thing too.... It is a very dangerous thing for someone to get attached to quick, if the other will not respond... these things have led to suicide, and other things because of it...

When my "X" broke up with me, I wanted to die... I didn't care about life anymore, and I started to learn about the art of darkness and depression (the avatar speaks for itself). Now I look at this darkness as a comfort now, a way for me to let my emotional feelings loose, and bask in the ever-wonders of depression, now being with someone... I can see how much torment I was in looking back, and seeing the darkness, I can't fall in love as quick anymore... It will take a lot for that to ever happen...

Love is crap. Real crap. More pain than it's worth.

I believe the best kind of love is unspoken. I think saying "I love you" is almost always someone reaching for security. I've had girls tell they loved me, and it was the most frustrating thing in the world not being able to say it back. But I stick to my principles. (Of course, if I felt that way too I would say it back, but I'd prefer not to have to, if you know what I mean.)

That's... lovely. Nothing quite like having those that you care about the most cause you the most pain... But it's a risk you have to take sometimes.

Actually I was in love when I was a teen. I don't know about relationships but right now, but I missed the one I really care about.

Oh, well. The past can't be changed

Love is a great thing, the bad part is when it isnt returned.

Luckily I dont have to worry about that part!

You go die now.

Thankyou.

Finally someone feels the same way as I do.

Seriously. Sion tends to greet me not with a simple "Hello" or "Yo"

It's more like "I'M IN LOVE" or "LOVE IS BEAUTIFUL" or "MY LIFE IS COMPLETE WITH LOVE"

Been in love once. Got over it. Finally was able to realize a few things. Things love was shielding me from.
