Actually, it looks like it's going to have enemies with actual hit points (hence the stars with 1 in them when characters stomp), which actually probably wouldn't be a very big change. It would be nice to not see it, though... kinda takes some of the mystery out of the game, and worries me to the presence of Sonic Heroes style level ups. |

This is utterly depressing for me - I don't have a DS  it's times like this I really frickin want one, because geez, this game will be a hit. You guys will have to rub it in my face when it comes out

It's somewhat interesting though, I find it very odd that it's a sequel to a prequel of Super Mario World.
The story seems a bit tainted and the rough rasterized graphics mixed with the smooth anti-aliased ones gives off some shabby screens. Eh, judging from what I just saw... 7.5/10. It's so-so. |

Yoshi's Island 2 looks definitely interesting... although I haven't looked at the video yet. What purpose does Peach's umbrella serve over Yoshi's typical flutter-jump, though? |

I actually mistaked Mario's glove for wings from the Wing Cap in that picture of Mario Galaxy. I don't why I did that. 
I wish they bring back the wing cap. It was an awesome power up.  |

I can't wait for Super Paper Mario! I've always wanted a true 3D platformer.  Playing as Bowser will be awesome.

Wow, I was never expecting a sequel to Yoshi's Island.  I'm curious on the characters. I wonder if you get to switch between characters or something on the world map. We'll just have to wait and see later on. |

I've been looking around, and I found some awesome news. A sequel to Yoshi's Island! Yep. It's going to be for DS, and, from the looks of the screenshots, it's going to have graphics that look just like the original on SNES. Apparantly, it's going to feature Baby Mario, Baby Peach, and Baby Donkey Kong! Here's the article:
