There are also rumours that Acmlm is working (on board2 too  ). I would uh.. kinda miss having the Acmlm button in my bookmarks toolbar thingy if the board disappeared. |

It wouldn't be the end of the world for me. There are several other forums that I like to post at, one that I frequent a lot more often than this place. This isn't the only online forum on the net, I can live without it if I have to. I'm not saying I won't still come around here every now and then, I'm just saying that this isn't a first-resort forum by any means for me. |

If this board died, I'd just have to forget about it all. I never use AIM, and I don't know where the official IRC channel of the board is at anymore.   Meh, I've never really liked chatting anyway.
It's not that I have a lot to loose here anyway. There's always my journal, and if only the people I've added to my friends list would UPDATE MORE OFTEN, I could keep updated on them from there. *hint* |

Honestly, I'd probably be a lot healthier. I spend way too much time in front of this stupid box. 
I've witnessed many permanent messageboard closures over the years. It definitely sucks at first, and leaves you feeling a little lost, but sooner or later you find new friends (or better yet, find your old ones again!) and move elsewhere. Generally, the closer I am to a group of people, the easier it is to deal with a messageboard closure, because I know we'll all just find another place to hang out (usually IRC ).

I've kind of lost interest in this place, beyond my position as moderator of my baby (and I loves my baby and will nourish it...yesssss). Otherwise, I'd just go back to reading my multiple books that I need to work with  . |
