Strato shrugged as he saw the strange being rising up in the air, and as he did so a small silver sphere flew from his jacket. He didn't seem to notice, and looked at his adversary. Silly aliens, thinking the whole planet was like one area. And if they were anything like most invaders, the decker mused, one of their own getting beat up by a local would send them packing. This was, then, a heroic endeavor from what had just been a general survey mission. It could turn into a fun day after all. Figuring the invader deserved a response, Strato delivered.

Strato: Yeah. Watch out for the world's gravity. It's a bit unpredictable.

As the decker finished his sentence, he squinted a bit. That was one of the downsides of his own magic...it looked a bit more effortful than it was. It ended up being rather effective, though, as Zexni found himself pulled into a gravity well emanating from the small sphere, which upon activation had forced itself underground. Once the warrior had been pulled down to the ground, the force shifted a bit from a vertical pull to a more general one, and the invader found himself beset by all manner of stone that forced itself around him in an attempt to crush him among rocks beneath the ground.

Strato figured this probably wouldn't finish off his adversary, and stayed where he was to gird himself for a counterattack.

"Well I was here to help my species take over this planet... I can't think of why ANYONE would want it now." Zexni jumps out of the rubble, now hovering slightly above it. He was now close enough to see his opponent. Zexni mulls over his orders for a few seconds. "Destroy all living things on that planet so we can take over and live there." His hands fill with Erumi Magic, showing he was going to battle. "I'm afraid I am ordered to kill anything left living. Any last words?"

((While I don't mind making the first move, you haven't exactly given much of a reason for my character to do so))

Strato was about to set up his instruments to try to find life readings, in case of any hostiles in the area, when he quickly decided that he wouldn't need much in the way of sophisticated tracking devices. Whoever it was that was in the vicinity wasn't exactly attempting to be stealthy. Even through the fog, the decker could see something...someone, likely...creating quite a stir in this relatively still environment. Strato mused over who would bother to blow up that which had already been destroyed as the being drew closer. Just in case, he put his hand the hilt of his sword, but didn't draw it. He hadn't come here to fight, after all, but if the other proved hostile, Strato was going to make him regret it. It was as he thought this that the figure emerged from the ruins of what had been a drugstore. He was big, to be sure, and seemed somewhat out of place here. Then again, anything alive would.

Strato: Who goes there? What are you doing?

Zexni waded his way through the piles of rubble. His deep blue battle suit covering his body from the neck down constantly gathered dust as he punched and blasted his way through the building ruins. Unlike others of his species, he was born with midnight blue hair, and stood at around 8 foot tall instead of the 6 foot average of other Erumi. He takes a large sniff of the air around him causing him to feel slightly ill. "Urgh... What the heck happened to this planet..." He squints his eyes, not being able to see much in the green fog. He creates a sphere of Erumi magic around him to move the fog out of his way. He looks forward to see a figure standing on a mound of rubble. "There is still life here?" Zexni moves forwards towards the figure.

(ooc: You can have first move.)

Thunder split the air. The bombed-out city had released gasses into the atmosphere, making the weather all the more volatile. Some buildings dozens of stories tall still stood, long abandoned by their tenents. Mostly there were piles of rubble. Some power remained, and the sewers were mostly intact, as were some street lights and other such furnishings, but the city was turning rather rapidly into a wasteland. A light green fog even bathed the streets, covering everything in a sick greenish color. An odd battleground, to be sure, but it could prove interesting. A bolt of lightning streaked to a mound of rubble and struck, making a small explosion. When the dust cleared, the young Decker, Strato stood tall, awaiting his challenger.

Standard rules, give a description of yourself and choose whether to move first or second.
