It absolutely affects HTML coding and whatnot. For example, I was going to put an IRC link to a certain channel I am partial to, but that didn't work out because the filter changes "noboSkreename |
Posts: 236/1427 Do a view -> source. It does convert them, pointless or not. Actually, I think it could get EXTREMELY irritating if it does it in URLs and whatnot, but... yeah.
| Or, since you probably don't feel like it, I did it and found his post to be... The real question that bothers me is... <!-- Does it convert shit and retard in comments? --!> EDIT: Because I'm an idiot and forgot to check the "Disable HTML"... Alastor |

Posts: 1887/5072 Heh, I remember using that to bypass stupid censors elsewhere. Eventually they caught on and blocked "", effectively preventing anyone from posting in Unicode. Then I just used characters that looked similar, like ο in place of o. | Skreename |
Posts: 235/1427 That's kinda cool. Learn something new every day, I suppose. | MathOnNapkins |
Posts: 414/1106 No, I used the &_#XXX; escape characters to directly write them using ascii. XXX is an 8bit decimal value, and remove the underscore to use them. I just used the ascii values for the appropriate characters.

Posts: 118/175 No, we're not. It had me confused at first, but quote both Danielle and Dragon master's posts and check for things that have changed. That may be giving it away already, so that's the only hint you're getting
| Now, are those two words (well, technically names) the only ones that get changed? Even if they are, this is still rather amusing. Pretty much because this is the first time I've seen this (being used or otherwise), but I don't see anything wrong with that Deleted User |

Posts: 2/2 I was expecting more people to say things like Dragon Master. I should have said "lolzohnoes!" The only reason I really posted was because Xk brought up Zeon, and I wanted to see if the filter still worked_¬ | Sin Dogan |
Posts: 611/861 No he means that you guys don't even know what it really is. At least that's what I hope he means. I'm not a fond supporter of them anyway. Well, as far as actual rule went.
