Actually, they're not called Podoboo in SMRPG. There's Sparky, Pyroshpere, and Fireball (and he's blue). Besides, those have cores in the middle where as normal Podoboos are merely ghost-shaped lava blobs/fireballs. |

And being that Paper Mario is an RPG as well......... |

I meant Ember, those floating things in PM, it wasn't until I just played PM1 I realized their names were different. |

No. Whomps, but how they'd do it in paper? And, exept one...no enemies from the SML series have appeared. Ang those mummy blocks form the pyramid in SM64, and Bullies from SM64. We missed ALOT, not that those'd make great parters, I'm just saying. |

You know a Podoboo ally isn't that hard to comprehen I mean you fought them a lot in Mario RPG and thy're not to far off from those fire glob...thinks (forgot the name) in the Paper Mario series.
(btw a Podoboo is the balls of fire that jump at you out of lava right?) No no no. The partner we really need is a Blooper. An ink attack like his would be killer.
Maybe one of the baseball boys from YI too preferably the striker, just so we could kick some ass with his bat |

His melee attack could be him charging as he gets closer to his target as you hold a button and then releasing it when a light blinks (I'm thinking Bombette from PM1)
His First Projectile attack could be Him spitting fire at a single foe. A single upgrade could have make two duplicates that if the enemy attacks the duplicates they take damage and when it's your turn they charge, taking his attack. Last attack could be him beathing a HUGE fireball that hits all enemies. And really, I think Sushie was dumber. |

Uh, no.
A podoboo would be very stupid and... Jeeze. How would that even BEGIN to work? |

I have to suggest that it would be amusing to have a Thwomp partner. Nothing quite like having a partner who can't/won't move from its spot.
Dry Bones would be rather cool. It even already has both a melee and projectile attack! |

Damn. Well, if it HAS to be a Goomba... Please, Nintendo, at LEAST give us either a Goomba Samuri or a Goomba Mage. Wahahahahaha!
C'mon, that was a cool idea, wasn't it? ...Guys? .... |

A Goomba is going to make it to a PM3.
A Lakitu would be cool, though. |

Mekabons never surfaced after Super Mario Land. The King of Grass Land was transformed into a Cobrat in the Mario All-Stars version of SMB3.
Mekabon's moves could function a lot like those of Kooper or Koops. Outside of battle, the Mekabon could use its head to hit distant switches. A Dino-Torch might also be cool. Let's say you're in an icy area and need to get through a door, but the door is covered by a wall of ice. The Dino-Torch could use its fire breath to melt the ice, allowing entry. A Buzzy Beetle could be useful with its immunity to fire attacks. |

Originally posted by Kiraxo + Dude, play Paper Mario 2. EDIT: Oops. Didn't see Peardian's post...speaking of which... Originally posted by Peardian Good point. That'd be ownage. What about a tornado item? That would also be fitting. Or just give the Tanoomba a tornado attack. That'd be cool. Another good ally would be a Ukiki or something. Banana-Zooka! |

Originally posted by Kiraxo + There was a Yoshi partner in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. In terms of usefulness, a Tanoomba would be very useful as a partner. A Koopatrol would be cool, too. Even a Hammer Bro would make an awesome partner. |
