Purple is like, the worst color in design.
... ... Next to red and yellow. It needs to be something softer. Bright things are hard on the eyes, and somewhat ugly. A light gray is always good, and it fits your current scheme. |

Personally, I find the pink to be a little too bright. I'd lighten it a bit.
Other than that, it seems to work pretty well. There's also the gradient in the main table header that doesn't seem to fit, but that's probably an image you haven't gotten around to replacing yet. |

I wasn't sure if posting here was acceptable for a message board design, but anyway, I finished doing a basic message board style, and would like people's opinions.
http://gigagamesstudios.net/board.PNG The main font color is white. Anything in pink is a link. When the cusor is over it, it becomes yellow. And just about anything that is originally white is either black, or close to it. Right now I need to work on replacing the images. I've never done custom message board colors before, so if It's not that good, please be a little polite. |
