Yeash it seems like you're running into all of my problems I ran into when I started Hacking Zelda 3 in order.

Yes,
zcompress works now. But Iīve another problem. When I try to extract the gfx from my room, zcompress says: "This rom has no 0x200 byte header" or something like this. |

Pretty sure that is answered in this guide:
http://www.kestrelmuppets.plus.com/conrad/ns/PGTZ3E13.pdf Not sure if zcompress works on WinXP, but try hitting Windows-R, then type in cmd or command. i think it's cmd for WinXP. That brings up the DOS command line. Navigate to the folder that zcompress is in, and follow the instructions in the guide. |

Iīve downloaded the tool zcompress to edit the GFX in my zelda 3 hack,
but if I open zcompress, it will be closed in a second, so that I canīt use it. I use windows xp with service pack 2. Anyone can help me? edit: Sorry about my mistake in the name of the thread. |
