I think that abs are probably the easiest thing to build up... at least to me. Try ab workouts. If those don't work, try push-ups. There are these things called leg lifts that hurt like crap... and actually they won't help. Do basic things like sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, squats, pull-ups and chin-ups(if possible), and try running. Those are really the only things you can do at home to help unless you have a gym nearby or something. The most I ever heard someone losing in 2 days(now 1) is about 6 pounds due to fat loss but muscle gain. Meh, you should just try to buff up a little. |

Try dancing to some awesome music for 2 hours straight. You'll lose alot of calories that way. I mean move your arms, legs and abdominals like crazy. You'd be surprised at how slim you'd get from just that.
When you get hungry, eat some fruits or greens and down it all with water. That should keep you trim and satisfied for friday. Besides that, I don't really think you need to work on anything... you're not a fat sweaty lardass and you don't look like a bunch of twigs. |

Not sure if this was mentioned or not, but there's always the 24 hour diet where you drink this liquid mixed in with water, plus a lot of water for two days. |

Or not kill yourself. I generally don't like causing my body to kill me. |

Run a marathon on a empty stomach. Break past the wall so that you start burning fat. Painfull but just about the only way to do it. |

There are ways to do rapid, temporary body changes. I mean, in the case of the chest exercises I suggested...yeah. I train several times a week and I'd wager to say that I'm a moderately strong individual. There are also other techniques that he could do, but I won't suggest because you need to KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Which is very important and I have to stress to not do any weight-training based...weight loss. If you do not know what you're doing you'll end up shooting yourself in the foot. Getting yourself off of the Western Front, but still getting shot in the foot. |

Well, now I have half a second to settle down, I'm going to write a more serious response to this.
I still think this thread is ridiculous. Weight loss is a lifestyle change, one that you make and stick with, indefinitely. It's not something you do in short bursts to be ready for a particular event or whatnot. Now, if a particular event is a catalyst for you making the lifestyle change, that's all well and good, but stick with it. You also need to remember that you really really aren't going to achieve much in this amount of time, so don't worry too much about the deadline -- or if you ARE going go need a deadline for motivation, make it one further away. But yes, in the meantime, lots of situps, pushups, jogging, blah blah blah... eat healthy.... I'm sure you really know what you should do, it's all fairly commonsense. |

Do a max weight pyramid on a bench press if you're afraid of having breasts. Start with the bar. Do 20 fast. Put on 25 lbers on each side. Do 20 fast. Put 35s on each side. Do 15 fast. Put 45ers on each side. Do 10 fast. Then max out. I can normally put up 225lbs on my max pyramid run. |

It's not like I can't get chicks, It's just I want to be thinner for other people yes, but especially for me; when I was going out with this gorgeous girl last year, a lot of her friends thought I looked good, but I just really don't want to be top-heavy, and don't get me wrong guys I'm not even near fat you can tell in my avatar, but still I am a little more than I want to be. It's just a way for me to regain the confidence I lost since last year during my depression. |

Oh, yeah, if you want to get chicks just be confident. Confidence wins 90% of the battle for you, especially if its just a short thing you're into. |

Honestly, as others have said, two days really isn't much to work with. There are some things you could do, but they wouldn't really have THAT much effect, and anything that would have much noticeable effects at all would be incredibly bad for you in the long run, and so while you might lose a few pounds, you wouldn't exactly be at your best. You're probably better off spending this time getting a good haircut and a good outfit and the like...much more good for the time you have to work with. |

Are you really 21? You act like a 14 year old. |

Do about 500 sit-ups today and tomorrow and go run about 4-5 miles and you should be good. I say good luck to both of those. I do sit-ups all the time and the most I can do at once is 200 and I'm skinny as s***. As for the running, most people I know can run about 2. If you do that though you could lose about 10 pounds.
EDIT: Actually, you may gain weight since you'll get a lot of muscle and lose fat. So instead of losing weight and being thinner, you'll be a little buffer. |

Well.... I know a guy who went on a cocaine bender for like 4 days and he lost a SHITLOAD of weight. The problem is when it was all over, he looked like Keith Richards for a month. So you probably don't want to go that route. |

If you really want to change your appearance in two days, do pushups (while counting) until it feels like your arms are about to fall off. Remember that a good pushup means your hands are directly below your chest. Once it feels like your arms are about to fall off (note! This is a good deal after the point where they start randomly giving out!). Then do however many you counted again.
Then don't do anything with your arm and chest muscles tomorrow, and eat something nice and proteiny like chicken or sunflower seeds. If you get that all right, you should feel crazy sore sometime late tomorrow, and have bigger pectoral muscles the next day (by a margin determined entirely by whether or not you took me seriously with the number of pushups beyond what makes sense to do). If you're lucky, they'll fill out your chest enough to hide the fact that you have the chest of a 13 year old girl. Why've you been staring at 13 year old girl chests, anyway?. |

I'm not that big
And therefore you don't need to lose weight, especially in two days. If you want to over time, then look into dieting or exercise or something along those lines. But as far as a two-day fast goes... don't bother. Minimal effect. |
