Yeah, to give you an idea of where it is at, all the dungeons, the overworlds, and most of the sidequests have been completed. That is however, only half the battle. Making it all work together is an enourmous task, and much more challenging than just the content creation. Its comming along though. |

Cause at this point its really not worth my time. This game is just embarassing in terms of quality compared to what i build now, so i would really have to remake the whole damn game to be satisfied with it. Probably take a couple months too. Really not worth the time when i could spend it making something completely new. |

Nah man, Omega is just a small hack that i made years ago. Its not perfect by any means, but just completing it alone was quite the feat at the time. As for why you couldnt patch it, not sure. Probably wrong version of the rom. Maybe PM me for the version number.
As for the above post, if you cant enjoy it, thats cool, its got its fair share of bugs. It seems like i may have uploaded a test version. I think there is a debugged version, but ill have to check for it. Ill post it when i find it for those that want to try it. |

wait a sec this omega is actually done now? liek comploete? like the first ever zelda alttp hack completed? why no enormous thread for it alone?
5 mins later .... is this some type of sick joke? why doesnt the ips work ive patched the original rom the same way ive alwasy done my 8 thousand others hacks and i get nothing well this puts a damper on my day boooooooooooo |

It's simply easier to make a Quest (not hack) for Zelda Classic than it is to make a full-blown hack of any Zelda game. Personally I'd rather play a good Zelda Classic Quest any day, so be happy there are so many. |

Yeah, there is gonna be some new material real soon. Look for it this week for sure. I know ive said that many times, but i mean it this time  .

Hi, i'm kinda new here, and I was wondering if there was going to be a Zelda 3 hack soon. Or at least screenshots. I also can't wait for "Zelda: Parallel Worlds" and "Dark prophecy" to be released. Oh, and I'd like to congratulate all of you good Zelda 3 hackers (isn't that my name?  ) who made those beautiful hacks. I LOVE THEM!!! I can't get enough of them...
I kinda have a question. How do you modify the location of the magic bar, the item in use, and other stuff like that? It would look great for my hack (yes, I am making a zelda 3 hack, but since I'm like REALLY bad at making these, I won't show them to you...  Cause if I did anyway, you all would think they're BOOOOOORING cause I've only changed like the palette and my map mods are so lame you can't even know it's a map :LOL. Anyway, it would be really helpful and it would make my hacks better-looking.
I have another question too...Is there somebody that can post a reply giving ALL the links to Zelda 3 Hacks??? I'd really like that. Anyway, I think that is my longest post EVER! And I hope somebody will post ALL the Zelda 3 hacks... |

If your looking for somethin to hold you over, you could always try Zelda: Omega. Its a hack i made a while back when i first started rom hacking. Its not spectacular, but its pretty cool. Its got like 4 dungeons to it, so it should take a while. You can probably find it in the forums somewhere. If you cant, maybe PM me. |

Z3 hacking is a small community only five hacks are currently in progress if you want someting more I'd at least wait untill a full hack has been completed. On a side note can someone sticky a list of Z3 hacks every time a list getts buried a new one comes up I think this s the third one I've seen so far. |
