Yes I am using AVG, but I am not willing to disable my resident shield. As an experiment though, I disabled it temporarily. YY_chr still didn't run. Something about not being able to find a path. (btw I was using latest avg, and as far as I could tell the latest yy_chr)

However; Bio's trick worked. If I reduce the window as far as it will go in tlp it works fine . . . so yay!

This hack worked for me to get AVG to stop whining about a supposed virus though.


just download the newest update and all will be fine

Posts: 25/36		 I have been using tile layer pro, but it seems to bug out quite a bit. So I wanted to give yy_char a go, because I have heard good things.

I tried downloading it from two places . . . zophar's domain, and from yy's homepage . . . both zips firstly say the executable is a virus; when I ignore that and try to run it any way (don't worry I have a sand boxed enviroment) it says it can not find the correct path, and well it simply doesn't run.

I am running Windows XP SP2, and am going insane. TLP won't let me edit the individual graphics files (it only lets me edit AllGfx, which is overkill when I just want to edit one sheet)
