Well, I re-did an old simfile from a year and a half ago tonight and thus officially started tinkering with v2s on old files now. It's interesting to go back to files that I've done that far back and go 'what the fuck was I thinking?'.
The legend of MAX [From Nonstop Megamix] v2 What's changed? Sync was brought up to the correct BPM. It was .2BPM off but the offset was dead on, go figure. Beginner file was added and all the existing charts were retooled slightly to go and flow to pad a lot better. Heavy was re-rated from a 10 to an 11. Go nuts, once again. :\ |

So I got ITG PC with ITG 2 songs.
Courses and all. Ow on Driven. I only did it keyboard and I thought it was awesome on how it did some things. Should try that out on pad.  |

I whole-heartedly agree with HaQ. Ashura needs to stop whining. How many hundreds of people are viewing that thread only to download the song? How many are just saying 'oh gee sorry Bill' only to suck up and then download the file regardless? No. One. Cares. If he -really- wanted to be THAT good about it, he'd keep his shit to himself and THEN release to Konami and ONLY Konami if he really wanted deltaMAX to fly that much. I honestly think that he could've done a good job with it had he finished up that beta. Yes, it was a beta. So I don't really want to hear even him whine about it. He can take it up his ass really...especially when he has to be so damned confrontational about it to the world. For all we know it could've been leaked and in the next hour have been distributed to the entire world. Do you think that the entire world is going to go 'oh yea I got it' to that thread? Hell no. He needs to get over it, make some more stuff and try again. One mishap is not going to kill him with Konami; he's already made several for them as it is. |

The boss songs cannot be unlocked in the current release of DDRSN. The only way to get practice is to play it a lot on ES then play it on top 1-20 courses in Nonstop. I suggestion konoko no whatever. It's a 9 footer from HELL. |

Haha. I used to think Bowser's Castle on Super Hard was the hardest song in existance.

Arcade was completely revamped. And this, yes, includes DDR SuperNOVA. Unfortunately, the price has now doubled ($1/3songs).
When I was playing though, I realized something interesting. You DON'T need to AA your Extra Stage to play the Encore! I got a B my first time on D-Vision, and played Chaos (followed by a quick failure of nervousness). I also got pretty far in Fascination and now hold a few records down thar. I'll probably have to build a strong familiarity with both Fascinations to ever pass/unlock them. Which reminds, it also seems passing the Extra Stage doesn't unlock it. Very strange, do you need a minimum grade? -SWR out |

Only random local people that play that I've seen can't even do a Normal PIU song that is 2 in difficulty.
Only about 3 can do Nightmare, but they play every Saturday so they don't count.
As for chicks, I only saw one be able to do Will O The Wisp on Hard while doing every spin. Only saw her once.
As for DDR/ITG, everyone plays it on Light as they are scared to go on, even though they mastered Light. :\ |

The only one I've seen locally here that does anywhere close to good was doing Twilight on Medium rather well (upper 80s for score). I was surprised she did the hands as well as she did. She could do a few Heavies. She looked about 16 or 17.
Shame I only saw her one time. :\ |

It's a rarity for me here locally to hear of anyone passing Heavy anything regardless of gender; I'd say yes. |

You guyyyyyyyyyys, this girl I've been spending plenty of time with lately seems to be quite taken with the DDR franchise. She's also the only person I know who can clear just about anything on Heavy. Safe to say she's a keeper? |

Out of all those arrows, the max arrows they make for any hands is 4.
... It could have been harder, at least.
And that ain't nothing compared to Chimera NM...
On that note, while working on sims for SM, I'm making some PIU steps for KIU and Pump PC. It'll take a while before I get that finalized, but its a start. |
