Thanks fox, I don't know any technical stuff though, I read some of the topics here and didn't understand a word. If someone could make a easier lunar magic, I would be happy. |

You need to look at a couple of demos, and see their ideas and the way they did stuff. Here's what I recommend:
Super Demo World: The legend contiues (One of the originals) Super Mario Odyssey (Probobly the best ever made) SM: Element Worlds (My hack; I have good level design) Super Mario World GFX Hack (It's SMW, but with a new look it might help with ideas) Super Mario Universe (Good spriting here) Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (Amazing transformation) Luigi's Adventure by Anikiti (Just another amazing hack) All these are good; get som ideas from them, and you might have an idea of what you could produce in a hack. Good luck to you. 
...oh and by the way, don't complain until you provide screenshots and a demo to check out your work, don't assume we hate it till we try it. Assuming makes an A-S-S out of U-M-E. |

Technically, it isn't flaming if they're stating hard facts. That would be trolling, albeit deserved trolling.  But in all due fairness, I seriously doubt that a person of your hacking level would be able to thcurn out something good from the ground down within a single day. Down take it personally, though. |

I'm making a hack called SMW: Return to the Mushrrom Kingdom. It's a pretty generic title, but it's probably going to change soon.

Go with what he said though Phins. There are a ton of finished/unfinished hack in the database, some that will make you play the whole way through, some you'll shake your head in disgust at. Lemme dig out the link in case you can't find it

Try taking a look around the forum. You're bound to come across some hack in progress  .
Plus, if you've downloaded many hacks from that archive, that should keep you occupied for quite some time  . |
