I wish I joined this board earlier so I could have a pool with you guys. Oh well =\
I picked Villanova to win.. and I only had UCLA as a correct final four team. BTW, is anyone around the Springfield Mass area? I won $300 for Champions Sports Bar for coming in first place for www.rock102.com 's pool! Their bracket had the people pick each round instead of right from the beginning. If they had me pick from the beiginning I would have done horribly, lol. My 21st Birthday is this month too, so it's gonna be my 21st birthday party! However, most of my friends are like 20 or 19... so they can't come. I'll see if I can get more people, if not, I'd hate to see free alcohol and food go to waste... |

I think that's also true at ESPN.com's game. I know I'm mathematically dead.
Hey, why not George Mason? Who do they have to beat? Florida and the LSU/Uckla winner. They already beat four restaurant-quality teams, who's to say they can't do it two more times? |

I read somewhere that only 4 people in the entire SI.com pool, or some big sports company pool picked all the final four participants correctly--compare that to ~1,200 the year before.
Anyways--who do you guys think will win? I'm going to go with the cinderella, george mason |

My brother picked all 4 games right last night... wow... he's in the 99th percentile at ESPN... *knocks on wood* |

Now I just gotta hope for Conneticut and Nova to win out. And one of my friends called the LSU over Duke game in their bracket, needless to say, they've one the pool. |

I'm screwed now. 4/4 final teams OUT
(Duke, Pitt, North Carolina, Ohio State) 1/4 on elite eight picks |

Well, I'm 1/4 on the Elite 8 teams so far, and 2 of my Final Four teams are gone, including my champs.
Balls. |

nooooooooooooo... the zags felt short, and duke was an upset... and west virginia loses |

...aaaaaaaaaaand Gonzaga's out, 73-71. Fuuuuuuuck meeeeeeeeee.
EDIT: In light of losing two more Final Four teams (Zags and Duke), this depiction of probably millions of brackets, as portrayed by residents of My Lai. |

Well, at least I didn't have Duke winning the thing, only getting to the final four, and for the love of God Pitt. The one time I want you to win, you go and mess it up, oh well, they were an underdog. Hopefully Witchita State can keep up the pace (Man, I wish I had picked them, points points points)
And seeing as none have listed who they think will win, I'm gonna come out right now and say I got Gonzaga over Uconn 80-70. |

I had them. Going... all... the... way.
Surprisingly, despite this I'm in first place in my ESPN group (out of 40+), so... not claiming defeat just yet. |

And now, a visual interpretation of brackets the world over, mine included:
I do hope everyone ELSE had Duke in the champeenship game. |

Well shit, there goes my bracket. (LSU def. Duke, 62-54) |

10/16 on sweet
5/8 on the elite 4/4 on final four Did anybody root against their pick of Tennessee just to see Whitchita State win. God, that game was great. |

Could be worse. ESPN said that on their site, no one has a perfect bracket. At least 800 of their 1.5 million players are completely out (as in, 0/16 on the Sweet 16), and only 0.3% of their users have all 16 teams right. |

Still 4/4 on my Final Four... 10/16 on Sweet 16. My DC bracket is ugh aside from UConn... |
Zachio Posts: 411/595 |
I only have 9/16 sweet 16 teams going... I'm SO screwed... stupid Georgetown... |
NSNick Posts: 796/2228 |
Ah. I had them beating Georgetown, but losing to Florida. My bracket's 10/16 on the Sweet Sixteen, and 4/4 for the Final Four so far. I have the possibility of picking 6 out of the 8 games right for the next round. *Crosses fingers for a come-from-behind win* |

Originally posted by NSNickOriginally posted by drjayphd + ...well, I had them in the Final Four. Surprisingly, NOT completely screwed. Still have 11 teams going (Duke, LSU, West Virginia, Texas, Memphis, Gonzaga, UCLA, UConn, Washington, Villanova, and Boston College) and three of my Final Four participants (Duke, Gonzaga, and UConn). Let's just hope the Zags can continue their Adam Morrison Moustache Ride out of the Oakland bracket. (ahem) |

I consider Memphis to be the weakest #1 seed but I had Kansas going over them in the Sweet 16... so yeah. Makes no difference to me whether Bradley knocks them off or not. But I could see it happening. |
