They could always announce release date/pricing/etc. before E3, just not show the system.
Props to Nintendo for renting out the Kodak Theatre for the show though. They're the first one's to announce their press conference for E3 (VERY EARLY) but I wonder if they're going to be the first overall?

I guess itīll be released during the next summer. Thatīs when I get money so I donīt really mind.
I take summerjobs to gain money so I can buy games and such things.

Wired rev controllers would be pretty hard to use. You swing it back to take a big chop with your sword, and oops! Plug comes out. And if they actually use some of my crazy ideas (see archived Rev threads) such as strapping controllers to your limbs... chaos ensues.
Also, I think the cord coming out would be rather uncomfortable when holding the controller sideways.

There'll be a port for Gamecube controllers, but I somehow doubt Nintendo will release wired controllers for the system. :\ Just a hunch.

Whee, confusion.
1) Rev controllers are wireless, but there are Gamecube controller ports on the console. 2) Things can plug into the controller itself, using a wire. 3) A rev controller, turned sideways, is similar in shape to an NES controller. 4) If Nintendo does release 64DD stuff everywhere on Rev, they win. 5) If they finish OoT's 64DD stuff and release that as well, they win even more. < Blue Falkon |

Posts: 135/351 Originally posted by Ran-chan What has a wire? If you're talking about the Revolution controller, no it doesn't. It has a wire to connect to other parts of the controller (it's pretty unique) but it's like a remote. The Revolution controller doesn't have a wire. Kingpin |
Posts: 42/709 It is wireless. Thereare no wires between the system and the controller. | Trapster |
Posts: 179/3604 Wtf is the point in calling it wireless if it HAS a freakin' wire?
