They could always announce release date/pricing/etc. before E3, just not show the system.

Props to Nintendo for renting out the Kodak Theatre for the show though. They're the first one's to announce their press conference for E3 (VERY EARLY) but I wonder if they're going to be the first overall?

But if it was released earlier, the price would have gone down by summertime and it would've been cheaper for you.

And where the fuck do you live? You can't even get that kind of deal for a NES here. *notices pound symbol* Oh... well, I don't know that currency so oh well.

Anyway, I just found out that the REVOLUTION WON'T EVEN BE UNVEILED UNTIL MAY!!! When the hell is it gonna come out? I heard January and now it's like... minimum June.

The games are going to be a bit more affordable. God forbid someone wants to build a library of NES games... 20 games = $80? I think not.

I'm not sure... they might have some kind of attachment but they probably didn't even add those games.

Eh, the revo controller might work quite nicely as a subsitute... ;

Man, if they do put DD on the revo, im so getting the F-zero expension pack. I seriously want to try rainbow road.

You mean wired Revolution controllers? I don't think they'd do that. It would be kind of weird... and HyperHacker has a point there.

Wired rev controllers would be pretty hard to use. You swing it back to take a big chop with your sword, and oops! Plug comes out. And if they actually use some of my crazy ideas (see archived Rev threads) such as strapping controllers to your limbs... chaos ensues.

Also, I think the cord coming out would be rather uncomfortable when holding the controller sideways.

Whee, confusion.

1) Rev controllers are wireless, but there are Gamecube controller ports on the console.
2) Things can plug into the controller itself, using a wire.
3) A rev controller, turned sideways, is similar in shape to an NES controller.
4) If Nintendo does release 64DD stuff everywhere on Rev, they win.
5) If they finish OoT's 64DD stuff and release that as well, they win even more. </dream>

What has a wire? If you're talking about the Revolution controller, no it doesn't. It has a wire to connect to other parts of the controller (it's pretty unique) but it's like a remote. The Revolution controller doesn't have a wire.

It is wireless. Thereare no wires between the system and the controller.
