That's... Inaccurate. There have been extremely rare occasions where they are of that size in scattered regions. |

It's been awesomely warm here as of late. It rained, but who cares-- it's 60! |

Okay, well no worries. SoCal hail doesn't hurt, I swear.
Quite a big deal around here, though. The most severe weather we ever get is rain. Even thunderstorms are pretty rare. |

Eh, really depends how big the hail is. I've run into a lot of hail, and only once has it hurt at all when it hit me, even in the face.
That time, though, ow. I got inside as fast as I could. |

...Who said I was talking about hail stinging you all over your body? I'm talking about when it's windy and little hail pellets are blowing into your FACE.
No matter how layered up you are, you're still asking for trouble if you go out in that kind of weather. |

Colin, I was out in the street dancing in the hail!
They don't hurt if you layer it up prior to going outside. |

Danielle should be celebrating now!
...As long as none of the hail HITS you, that is. Those SOB's can sting like a you-know-what. Rain, rain, rain all weekend. But that's not a bad thing at all because rain brings with it warm temperatures, and as a result there's not a lot of snow on the ground. |

Apparently, the weather back at Stanford, normally quite nice, has been awful for the past week, and one of the main highways near the school has been completely blocked off by snow.
And it's been surprisingly nice here in Oxford. |

I don't think it's snowed here since like.. 1920's...
I don't think it's going to happen soon, it was just perfect conditions for hail. |

Hey, it just hailed!
I think that's the first time I've ever seen hail before. |

Heh... tonight'll be a little cooler here but clear with a temp. of 33F/0C.
Today it was 46F/7C. Bye-bye snow... |

Here too, Xk. Not snow, but as close as it gets around here. |

I'm certainly used to snow from growing up in Cleveland, so going to California for school really was a bit odd...but not a bad thing, since I stopped loving snow once I started to drive...so now I just get snow when I'm home for winter vacation.
It's rather odd, actually, that it hasn't really snowed since I've been in Oxford. Apparently, it doesn't. It's not that it's been too warm, because it's been COLD enough for snow quite often, and we do certainly get precipitation. The two rarely mix, though, and when they do we're more likely to get hail. Even when it did snow for a decent amount of the day a week or so ago, it didn't stick. |

They have been forecasting snow here for awhile and it almost never comes. We got an inch yesterday and some today though. But I hate it. SNOW IS FOR THE MOUNTAINS. GET BACK TO THE MOUNTAINS YOU BASTARD. STOP CANCELLING MY MONTHLY EVENTS IF I WANT TO SEE YOU I WILL DRIVE UP TO MOUNT HOOD AND SNOWBOARD |
