This thread on Starmen.net in the PK Hack section links to an Earthbound Zero item editor program and a text editor program:

Is there an Earthbound Zero editor?
The only EB0 editor that's available is a text editor (as far as I know) I snagged it while I was lurkin the starmen.net forums when I was workin on my hack Final Bound Zero. You reminded me that I should pick that hack up again. Hope I was helpful... |

Is there an Earthbound Zero editor? I know there's PK Hack for Earthbound, i'm just asking this because I sorta did want to hack Earthbound Zero (a.k.a Mother in Japan.) |
