Ever since that channel got retarded, he jumped ship on his own channel and made a new one on another serv (which I'd rather not divuldge for fear that it would be screwed up like the last). Few people from Ace's even know about it.

I don't know the exact rules, and I don't know why you're bugging me about this (though I could take a good guess). What if ailure got his eyes poked out by goats and roosters? I just don't know, and I don't see a situation where you'll have to advertise nobodysworld in a post.
Just put it in your sig or whatever. It'll be fine.

But I remember when I used to post on TwilightRO's forums, often if we were discussing anything, and I had gotten the information from somewhere, it's usually polite to link back to or say where you got that information. Isn't that plagiarizing otherwise if you don't?

I think I am misunderstanding. You shouldn't really be advertising any IRC network outside of this forum anyway. It'd be annoying to have every post in General Gaming consist of links to various places, rather than having any sort of discussion.
