Edit: forgot to check disable html.
HOW did you EVER manage to get on staff?

seriously

html pages have html at the top and html at the bottom end

if you put html tags after the start or before the end you'll just fuck everything up

Ok,something like this:
Post header:
<div align="left"><table border="0" align="top" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr>
<th width="16" height="16" bgcolor="#006600" scope="col"> </th>
<th bgcolor="#009900" scope="col"> </th>
<th width="16" bgcolor="#006600" scope="col"> </th>
</tr>
<tr>
<th bgcolor="#009900" scope="row"> </th>
<td bgcolor="#00CC00">

Signature:
</td>
<td bgcolor="#009900"> </td>
</tr>
<tr>
<th width="16" height="16" bgcolor="#006600" scope="row"> </th>
<td bgcolor="#009900"> </td>
<td width="16" bgcolor="#006600"> </td>
</tr>
</table></div>

It works fine apart from the problem I mentioned (I added the <div> tags in the hope to get it right).
