Only within the country. Actually, only within neighboring states until Christmas break. I left my home state for the first time in 5 years and the Southeast US for the first time ever for California. It was interesting.

I envy all of you that can visit other countries or even other continents, but I'm the nut with the dream of crossing Europe and not needing a translator(There's how many countries and how many languages in that area? )

I like travel, fun stuff

Went with my parents to BC once when I was like 8 or something... back when they went around to dog shows displaying their Giant Schnauzers. They go there all the time on vacation now but I can't get up enough motive to go ~_~

There was also a 3-week summer Air Cadet camp in Manitoba that I'd like to never ever visit again.

The farthest I've traveled... unfortunately, it's still inside my country. But it's a big country, the trip was by car and it took 12 hours.
But if everything goes all right, I'm probably going to Europe next year I want to see some snow.

Greece by plane and France by Eurostar. Eurostar is the ONLY way to travel, seriously, it's awesome
It's not really that far to go, though. For most USAians it'd be like going to another state. Paris is about four hours and four stops away by train, but then again Eurostar and the TGV network are shrinking Europe at an alarming rate...

The farthest south we've gone is LA and then we went out of the state, to Reno .

Farthest ever, up to Canada from Ohio. It's a 500mi drive that gets very tiring. Once you get there, it's worth it. We go once a year on vacation in Ontario to a lake called Bob's Lake(what a name).

I was in Germany, but I don't remember much from there. I remember that wierd chruch in the center of Berlin though, and that we saw hookers. xD (No we didn't pick up any.)

How was your car after that little trip on the roads of Poland, Ailure?

And I assume that you mean the church th was bombed during the Second World War. I think I have a photo of it.

No, can´t find it on my computer.

Honestly, I loved Rome. It was a great city, with lots of beautiful things to see in it. Great food, too. Did you get mugged or something? What was so repugnant about the city that made you feel that way?

I've travelled by plane from Edmonton, Alberta (western Canada) to Miami, Florida. So about from one end of the American continent, to the other.

I've been to Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia. Longest was from Ontario to BC, about 3000KM/1864 miles, mostly by plane.

I really.... really.... really hated Rome. Of all the cities in all the countries I've ever been to. Rome is a real contender for the absoloute worst one. You enjoy the trip to Rome or did you find it to be as much of a dirty nasty city as I did?

Particularly now, I have to go with the last one. I'm currently studying abroad in England, which is a great experience, and a few weekends ago I took a trip to Rome. Really wonderful, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to do something like that after I've entered the workforce, so I'm glad to be able to do it. So I've been quite a ways from Cleveland (and my normal college is out in California, so even then...). Add to that my trips to Mexico and Honduras, and I've travelled fairly extensively.

But I always want to go more places. I have a thirst for exploration of sorts. I say of sorts because I really have no wish to trek anywhere too far away from some degree of civilization.

And I have pictures.

Baro, you're ugly when you grin. Don't do it again

I'm also ugly when I don't grin

PD: Cool, I was semi-depressed today and you fixed it
