It's true! We've burnt their fallen comrade's carcasses, and none have struck back! They must be terrified!

Watch out for the Ents, Shadic. Theyīre coming for you.

Use fire to scare them off.

We actually built the house a little more than two years ago... And aside from not forwarding chain emails, I don't believe that I have pissed off anything in the supernatural world.

The trees, they attack!

Glad it all turned out alright. And by alright, I mean nobody died and you're not sleeping under the stars tonight.

Thank god all the trees in my backyard were chopped down last year. I'd be terrified tonight.

All that did was piss them off.

THEY'RE COMING FOR YOU!

Your house must be cursed or something. Have you heard anything weird about its history?

Something supernatural happening when the last owners had it?

We've been really lucky, our house has only been hit twice (This time, and a tree clipped the edge of our roof last year,) and we've had like, 10 trees at least fall in the general direction of our house.

Heh, you know that the risk that a tree lands on a house is pretty small, right? I donīt think itīd be THAT dangerous.

I mean, just because it happened to Shadic. But you canīt b enough careful.

It's funny, because I'm the least shell-shocked person in my family. They're all scared to death now because of the trees, and it was my room that was hit.

Spent a bunch of today cleaning up the mess. Not much has really changed, even though at least 100 trips were made back and forth carrying tree branches.

Actually, my even my school is less than 20 minutes away, and that's just because a car can't swim across the water.

The nearest store is about 2 minutes in a car, and probably a 20 minute walk.

That may be true, but its only a 5 minute walk from my house to the store. While you have to pack supplies for a 3 day quest.

We have better air quality out in the middle of nowhere..

Especially for me now, with a nice breeze in my room.

But yeah, those dragons that you see would have killed me, or at least bruised the hell out of my head..

Each one is at least 3 pounds, more likely 5, and they came flying across my room who-knows-how-fast.

Wow, that is my biggest fear. This tree outside of my window comming and crashing into my room. It'd kill me because it'd land exactly where my bed is.

You are so lucky you're alright. That could have done some SERIOUS damage. Pretty big tree.

It's good to hear that you are okay though.

I was downstairs, in the office when it happened.

I sort of had the "Damn, there's a storm and my room is most in danger." sense going on, so I decided that downstairs on the opposite edge of the house would be a better spot to go.

If the power had still been on, I probably would have been in my room, on the phone or the computer... But I was not, so I'm guessing that it was a good thing, eh?

Yeah, things could have been worse, but now we've discovered a leak in the pipes this morning, oi.

Our trees here aren't tall enough to be blown over. Branches break easily though.

Its also flat...

God, Kansas sucks, thanks for reminding me.

Insurance + your home is standing + you're alive = things could've been worse.

I'm guessing that was caused by a polar low. Yeah, it must sort of suck to get a tree right into your house like that.

A tree has never hit our house, but I've seen one get uprooted, and take down our phone line.

Though, usually the winds rarely get up to such high speeds in my hometown, because they're slowed down by all the mountains around here.
