If you mix records with someone of the opposite cart, you get the Eon Ticket to South Island. If you chose the red BZZT colored dragon, you will find Latios there. If you chose the blue BZZT colored dragon, you'll find Latias. |

Yes, you need to use a Gameshark or something to get an EON ticket and go to South Island where you met a Lv. 50 Latios/Latias depending on what version you have. |

After you beat Team Magma at Mt. Chimney, Wattson will be waiting in the middle of Mauvile City, asking you to shut off the generator in New Mauvile, a cave south of the city. After doing so, and talking to him again, he'll greet with with his usual "Wahahahaha!" (creepy; I know), and congradulate you with a TM24; Thunderbolt. |

In Mauville Game Corner, if you have 4,000 coins you can buy TM24 which is Thunderbolt from the woman at the right corner and to the left of the other woman!  |

In Ruby and Sapphire plus Emerald you could get one by participating in the lottery in the Lilycove City Department Store and winning.

In Blue, after you bea the Elite Four, the cave in Cerulean is accessable. In the cave, after a long winding maze filled with strong Pokemon, Mewtwo resides in its depths. Use a Masterball. |
