I didn't know you were supposed to pull over on the right, even from the left lane, until I read this thread. I've never been pulled over, but I have seen people pull over to the left before, and I didn't think anything of it. |

Um, just a question about the topic title; how exactly does bitching about a speeding ticket make you a "nigga wit attitude?" I'm confused. Because I thought the whole NWA thing was about a cultural revolution in inner-city neighboorhoods where there were corrupt police officers abusing the local black residents out of racism, but maybe I'm wrong. I don't know, whining about a speeding ticket when you obviously were speeding just doesn't seem quite as noble as speaking up for the oppressed lower class. Again though, I could be wrong -- maybe Dre and Snoop were just bitching about speeding tickets, too. |

How did you pull over to the left?  Is there a margin on the left side of the road too? I've never seen that here... you'd have to stop right in the lane if you didn't go to the right. |

Each ticket I had, the cops NEVER showed up. Why? Because their careers revolve around the law and the court practically IS the law.
You could the judge that you panicked and didn't know how to assess to the situation at the time, so you pulled over to the wrong side of the road. |

Okay, raise your hand if you've fought a speeding ticket. Because I just got one for "What the fuck you pulling me over?" "Cause I feel like it! And you were doing way too fast in a not fast enough." ANYWAY, because I pulled over on the left, thinking that would be safer, he heaped nearly $200 worth of violations on top of the speeding. Needless to say, I'm fighting that one. Any advice? |
