Remember the T-1000 esque duck creature? yea, that was in there. The music you got when you lost a life scares the shit out of me. It's just so sudden and ejaculatory.

Ducktales is in fact the shit...

The star wars trilogy for the SNES is in fact the shit, granted they may be difficult, they are awesome, and as far as Star Wars games, was I the only one that enjoyed/enjoys plaing Star Wars for the NES. Great game in my opinion.

The second DuckTales game was even better than the first one. And Darkwing Duck was good too. Disney seems to have a bit better record than other licenses.

For example...ever played Total Recall? Awful.

Oh, yes. Darkwing Duck. I have that game for NES and I´ve beaten it many times.

I bought it when it was brand new. Costed around $75.

Can't believe no one has given any thought to Dune 2 which more or less invented the RTS genre.

I have yet to play a game based off a movie or TV show, which qualified as better than mediocre, especially in the old days.

I'm quite surprised that no one mentionned Kingdom Hearts (2) yet.

Speaking of such (in KH2's case, that is), some of the unofficial Tron light cycles game such as Armagetron Advanced and GLTron are awesome. Can't forget the Tron arcade games too.

Me too, but, I got the GBA game as a gift, and I was surprised at how solid it was. I liked it at least .-.;;

Ninja Turtles on the GBA was actualy really, really good. I did not play the sequal, but, I heard it just didn't add up..either way, I would recomend the first one to fans of platformers, not just the NT series.

It was a bump, yes, but he did actually contribute something to the thread. Better that than he posts a new topic and potentially gets ganged up on for not using the search feature.

Thusly, reopened.

And Jaws for NES is actually pretty simple at its core. It's just not a very good game.

Friday the 13th is one I have mixed feelings on. It honestly had a decent concept going for it and just wasn't executed that well. That's probably the LJN game I'd wonder "really bad, or just hard?" about.

My friend recently introduced me to Jaws for nes. I can't decide whether it's a really bad game or is just really damn hard.

Scooby-Doo Mystery Mayhem on GBA was pretty good. I'm not the world's biggest Scooby-Doo fan, but that didn't stop me from liking the game. When I was still hacking SMW, I tried to incorporate some of the elements from Mystery Mayhem like concealed exits and multiple rooms (both games are platformers)

Another TV show based game I liked was Beast Wars: Transmetals on PlayStation, but maybe that's because I'm a major Transfan. I had a ROM of that old NES Transformers game and I didn't like it. All it took was one hit to slag you, but you had to hit the bad guys several times to do them in. That's the kind of throw-your-controller-at-the-wall difficulty that kept that game from being released in the west.

Ah, Lion King. I played that at the daycare when I was little. They had a Sega Genesis with Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Lion King, a Mickey Mouse game and some more I don´t remember.

Lion KIng is great.

I had Willow. I never really got into the game, though. I barely remember it, but I do know that I didn't understand the game. It's one of those games that "I've been meaning to download in ROM form for a long time, but I keep putting it off due to general laziness".

I own Batman and Willow.

Willow is interesting. It's not a bad RPG if you're patient since some of the mazes were very confusing... as well, you HAD to level up because some enemies, as Rydain said, wouldn't take any damage at all if you were too weak.

It also has quite the interesting little debug code that lets you warp to some very odd places.
