Don't all comment at once, guys

A lot of the fixes Setz did were things I meant to do but forgot (the horrible shoes was one thing I was going to fix, since I put it in near the start and forgot about) and the shading on the shirt isn't something I was terribly good at...

Once again, I find myself asking how a lame "I managed to cut and paste recolors onto a crappy background with horrible unfunny dialouge" managed to get more comments than this, but... welcome to Acmlm's Board

I really don't see any problems with it. He looks nice. Good work.

Heh... he would look cool with duel pistols because of that pose, even if he is supposed to be an archer...
Setz suggested a rifle. Just because he was based off of one doesn't mean he is. Perhaps I willl add it eventually, as it would make sense.

The problem would be actually adding it, making it stand out, without covering most of it...

It'd be easier to see how badly he doesn't fit in if it was working properly

Well I'm sorry I forgot once

EDIT: I still think your sprite looks good. I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE SAID THIS ALREADY, I read the thread, but I AGREE that tuna's hair looks too much like his head.

Sadly, yes.

Also, it would fit well in my bio...

'tuna' (yes, all lowercase) happens to be a character on starlightRO (and "tunawtf" on Maple Story (which I don't play anymore))... archer, both places, but who cares.

Redid the pants. I didn't like them much either, so now they suck slightly less (and the 'fade' isn't as "wow, that sucks" anymore)

Uhm, feel free to improve my sprite there as i'm not too good at shading... or sprite editing at all.

Also, it looks nice and much better than you usually do. Woah.

yeah, pretty much, though I' mgoing to go over them and redo the blues. I don't like them very much...

I really like this piece, and how you made it work in such little space. Based on what I've seen in the past, you're making huge improvement with your poses.
There's something off about the shading of the pants, but I can't pinpoint what, and it's nothing real important.

After about half a day with only 10 views and 0 replies, I liteally asked Cheves "how is it that a thread about a bunch of recolors pasted onto a boring background with crappy textboxes and saved as a JPEG can get tons of praise and a completely custom sprite doesn't even get looked at?"*

At least people are pointing out errors now. Like I said, YD, the pants don't look good to me either, so I may redo the shading on them. Working with that low of colors (especially given that my original XII sprite reused some just to get by) was a bit of a challenge, but fun.

I haven't replied because I haven't found anything to criticize.

Good work. The pants are supposed to be faded around the knees, right?
