I think Post Background should be taken out. It's ... well, it's just worthless if you ask me.
The people that use it are the people that usually don't know anything about HTML, slap a wallpaper in that field, and then their text becomes impossible to read.
Just my opinion on that.
I don't think the postbackground field should be in there either. But as Dei said, people who have limited knowlegdge would want it, but people with limited knowlegde wouldn't survive very much around here |

While he is at it, he can fix the old  bug.
Basically, write ":" in the beginning of a line, like this.
