Maybe I am wrong, but not a lot of people here hack Zelda 3. So if there were to be a forum on it; it probley woulden't be as active. So, no; I don't think it's really a good idea. People do post their Zelda hacks in the Rom hacking forum, however.

I'm new here, so I assume my suggestion will probably be ignored... but, for those who may be interested: What about a Zelda 3: A Link to the Past hacking forum? Although I suppose there's a lot of other popular games that are hacked such as Megaman and Chrono Trigger so Zelda may not be that high of a priority. Just a suggestion.
