I'm not sure if it'll change what you want, but this is how the branding in system properties is done.

Posts: 60/917		 Is there any known way, be it via Regedit or through Registry Hacker, to change the outcome of the GHz speed and other things in the System Properties window? Say I wanted it to say 20000 GHz instead of 1.8 for instance. Is there any way to change the settings in there?
