Just about any voice recognition sucks. |

My screen was scratched up by a "defective stylus" |

I never used that nub thing. Trying to use the touch screen as a joystick just proved to be a pain. |

The touch screen gets too many scratches! |

Originally posted by Celice Ok, here are some facts When playing Nintendogs, sometimes things that sound really different are recorded sounding the same. Maybe it is a flaw in the game, but I haven't tried another DS game that uses the microphone like that yet... |

You did put the plastic thing between your thumb and the screen, right? |

Here is another thing I don't know why I didn't mention earlier.
I used the wrist strap thumb nubbin thing to play Mario 64, and it scratched up my touch screen something awful. Seriously. It doesn't impair visibility, but, well, it's scratched. They stylus works fine (though it rubs over the scratches) but I don't want to use the thumb nubbin thing anymore. (cry more nubbin) Yes, so, did anyone else use that thing? Did it do that? Because I don't think my touch screen was different than anyone else's, nor my thumb nubbin more hardcore, or anything. |

I never said that
There's nothing wrong with the Microphone. If it's such a problem, wait for the official headset to come out or make your own And if you're going to say the Microphone sucks, you should atleast back up your complaint with the facts. |

LCD screens will do that...but the touch screen, you need to hit it pretty hard to do that. I'd be a little more careful with my DS if I were you |

The microphone sucks..
If you press hard enough on the touch screen there is odd coloring(I wasn't trying... >.<) certain games (Nintendogs is one) can lag at points >.> |

... No, we're not doing that. And if anyone suggests it again, I'll punch them with a hammer. |

Maybe it's a new game, called Pokébug. The object is to poke the bug behind your screen hard enough to kill it, but not so hard as to damage the system. If you make the motions and write the letters for "UUDDLRLRBASt" the bugs you've destroyed will be flushed out. Coming to a DS near you, whenever you leave it lying on top of an ant hill for two days. |

Like I said, I figured they'd have been packed in. |

Aw, so much for that DS tree I planted.
I've heard of bugs getting inside a GBA, through the headphone jack. In a DS, though... The jack on it has a metal plate at the back. I can't see how it would get in. |

Karadur: I, as well, have a bug in my DS. You and Sonicandtails obviously didn't read the manual closely enough. Page 24 clearly states, "Please do not bury your DS under dirt, be it naturally occuring or potting soil. This is not a safe way to store your system." |
