1: Eh, No. I was. Now I'm not. I'm starting to see how much potential my body has, and it's kinda disturbing me that I'm not doing anything about it.

2: Fencing did wonders for me last semester, I'm going to pick it up again as soon as I can, because I've got four months to become as fit and trim as I can. Jogging and DDR just aren't doing it anymore.

3: When I AM happy with my weight, I typically eat well, and I try not to eat too much crap (pizza, ice cream, etc...). Considering the content of my school's dining halls, that's tough. But it's doable. Just gotta eat as much fish as possible. Fish! And fruit. Fruit is good.

4: Nope! I'll never truly be happy with my body until I've done pretty much everything I can to make it into the body that I want. So, it's a constant uphill battle.

5: As I recall, I was happy with my body last time this question was asked... But I'm not going to go anorexic or anything like that, so I guess I'm good now too.

1) Are you happy with your weight?
Weight is just a number to me. I am 230 lbs. and I am 75" tall.

2) If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?
I am not trying to lose weight nor gain it, just trying to build muscle and lose fat.

3) If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
I just can't seem to lose weight or gain it, even if I starved myself for an entire week or two I wouldn't lose a pound.

4) Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?
Not yet but I am working on it.

5) Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)
I have never answered these kind of questions before but it's good to have a bitch slap to the face about your weight so you can do something about it.

And if anyone has any exercises for the back of your arms I would really like to hear them.

1. Are you happy with your weight?

No. I have no clue what happened, but I just lost a whole lot of weight and my body started behaving like I had a whole lot more. It's a pain. I think it may be lack of sleep though.

2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?

I go on walks whenever I can. They're about 5 miles long and take an hour and 20 minutes though, so I miss out when I have homework or weather or a lack of time in my way.

And I do situps and pushups every night. But those are more for gaining muscle than anything. I mean... my legs are coated in muscle, there's no reason the rest of me shouldn't be. But it isn't.

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?

No, it's misbehaving. I think a lack of sleep is killing my muscle control though. I should be better if I'm ever allowed to catch up on my sleep debt and start actually sleeping at night again.

5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)

I'm sure that it'll be much better once I figure out whatever is wrong. But right now it's definately worse.

1. Are you happy with your weight?
Not entirely. I'm about 5'10 and 150, but it's not exactly muscle. I need to lose some before my metabolism goes to hell.
2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?
Probably nothing. Apathy/laziness is a bitch.
3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?
Not really. I need to get buff soon, since I have a dynamite body, but it's not used, so the muscles are kinda like flab. I'm still relatively thin, though.
5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)
No.

1. Are you happy with your weight?

I'm okay with it. I am a bit underweight. I need a bit more mass and such. I'm not sickly skinny or anything like that, simply like 5-10 pounds underweight.

2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?

I am eating more. Doing a bit more exercise to get healthy and stay in shape and not let the weight gain be all fat and such.

Question 3 Not Applicable

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?

Not really. I want my chest to be a bit more muscular. I am running and lifting weights so all I need to do is stay in focus and not quit.

5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)

Didn't answer this before.

1. Are you happy with your weight?
Yes, I'm happy with my weight. Though I weigh less than an avarage male my age. I weigh ~70 kg.
3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
Nah. I use to play soccer, but I quit just 4 mouths ago. Weird thing about me, I do not have to train to build muscles.
4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?
Yep, I'm well-trained and have no problem with my body. I don't have a 6-pack, but who does?
5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)
Haven't answered these before.

1. Are you happy with your weight?

Yes, I'm okay with my weight which is 180 pounds.

3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?

I eat a lot but I do set limits on what I eat so that I won't gain too much weight. Example would be not to eat a dessert at all if I ate a lot for lunch or supper.

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?

I probably need to work out more because I have a hard time lifting heavy stuff because I rarely work out.

5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)

Not really. When I did work out for the first time in a while, it was very hard at first and I did tire out quickly. Perhaps I should do this more often so that I won't get tired too easy.

I ecstatic with my weight 60 kg. As for my body what else could I want. I've got a six pack slightly larger than normal biceps and don't even have to try and diet or anyting (I eat like a horse and still burn it all up playing rugby).

1. Not really. I could do losing a good 20 pounds, then I'd have the figure I want.

2. Uh.. lose weight. 20 pounds. I don't know when, or how, but I will somehow.

3. --

4. Yeah, pretty much. It's not like I'm an extreme case, and I'm a happy person regardless. I'd just feel more comfortable with myself if I did lose some weight.

5. I don't think I answered these questions on the other board. If I did, then no. Because I still haven't lost any weight. :'(

2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?

NOT APPLICABLE!

3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?

High protein diet with lots of exercise

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?

Fuck no! I may enjoy being the size of your common landmonster, but I don't like looking like one.

1. Are you happy with your weight?

Yeah, though I'm actually pretty close to being underweight.

3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?

I'm not doing anything. Well, sometimes I try to eat more healthy food, and less of the unhealthy. Not really because of the weight, though. More because I want to be as healthy as possible, in the general sense.

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?

It's pretty slim, so in that sense, yes. I feel that I could need some more muscle though.

5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)

Can't remember what or if I answered last time. But I may have actually lost weight, depending on at what time the last thread was made. I look pretty chubby on pictures from June/July 2004, for some reason.

N/A
3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
Nothing, I have no idea how I'm not fat/dead.
4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?

1. Are you happy with your weight? No. Trying to lose about 70 pounds... but that's where #2 comes in.
2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight? Joined a gym a week ago. I'm getting into the habit of going thrice weekly, and I'm keeping track of what I eat, trying to eat healthier. Got the calories down pat, but it's tough when you're on the road and have to rely on fast food/not cooking for yourself.
3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)? No, but only because of the composition. Less fat, more muscle, then yes.
5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember) Not really. But now, I'm actually trying to do something about it, so get back to me next year and see what I say.

1. Are you happy with your weight?
No. I used to be incredibly underweight (fluctuating between 120 and 130 lbs... I'm 5'11"), but I seem to be making my way up for the first time ever. I weigh 140 lbs now, which is still underweight, but it's the most I've ever weighed (I'm 23 years old).

2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?
I eat about twice as much as the average 23 year old. This has always been the case, but only recently does it seem to be finally having an effect.

3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
N/A

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?
I'd like to be more muscular, but building muscle has generally been impossible since all my life I've struggled to keep what little weight I've had. Hopefully this is also changing.

1. Hmm... not really happy with my weight. Well not really the weight, but the amount of body fat, yes.

2. I'm trying to exercise more. xD

3. (can't comment)

4. I guess minus my body fat percentages, I guess my body is decent. I need braces. D:

5. Nope, never answered these kind of questions before.

1. Are you happy with your weight?
Yeah... I'm 120-135... It seems to wave around a fair amount... Not really sure if the changing is healthy, but it hasn't really affected me in a negative manner... And I'm 5'10".

2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?

3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
Nothing.

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?
Fairly... I could be a bit stronger and more toned... You can see a bunch of vains on my arms though... Which could be a bad or a good thing.

Meh, I actually like little chubbiness on girls... as long it's not unhealthy for them.

1. Eh... well, there's two types of computer nerds. Underweight, and overweight ones... I belogn to the latter. And I could need to lose around lose 30 KG...

2. Not much to be honest, I decreased some in weight when I was at home so I guess I need to eat a better diet and don't be so frickking lazy when it comes to food. And I better get to loan that damn bicycle...

5. Eh... not at all. It's either the same or slightly worse.

1. Are you happy with your weight?
Yes. I used to not be.. I was anorexic in middle school. But.. yeah not anymore.. I love my food.

2. If you're not happy with your weight, what are you doing to change (gain, lose) weight?
Absolutely nothing.

3. If you are happy with your weight, what (if anything) are you doing to maintain it?
Eating plenty of chocolate and food to maintain that 110 [=

And I'll add:

4. Are you happy with your body (regardless of weight)?
I guess I can't really complain so much. I'm short... but whatever. And uh, there's something else I don't like that I don't really wanna share.

5. Has this improved from last time you answered these questions? (if you can remember)

I didn't... but it has definatly improved since middle school. (I'm in my junior year of highschool currently..)

1.) Yep.

2.) N/A

3.) Nothing really. My weight just seems to stay at the 100 lbs. mark(or lower). Must be all the water I drink to help me keep slim.

4.) I do wish I was a little taller than I am now. Otherwise I don't mind how my body looks.

5.) Meh as long as I stay slim/skinny I'm happy. Even if I gained a little weight I wouldn't mind THAT much.
