I've heard, but not verified, that Super Mario Advance is just SMB2 in an NES emulator that uses its own graphics and sounds instead of the game's. Though that makes me wonder how things like that springy platform at the beginning and giant Shy Guys were implemented.

OK, my mind is slipped up just now. I rarely forgot about the pasting. I should just copy the level and level header and paste it onto another level offset. The SMB3 for SMW is back in business. This thread should be closed now.

I'm very good with the hex editing.

Yes, I've read that it's possible to play Mapper 0 NES games on an SNES, at the cost of sound.

No, most of the code is the same AFAIK. You can use this method to hack SMB1, SMB2, and SMB3 in SMAS. So far I've only tried SMB1. I moved a few things (like pipes and ? Blocks) around, and then got bored.

Aren't they different in each game?

You could just find the pointers in a SMB3.nes, and with a Hex Editor, search for the same string in SMAS.

Well, where did you find those?
Knowing that may help in knowing where to start searching.

I've haven't collected or done SMB3 for a long time and I wonder if anyone found the Hex numbers (Not Offset, I know where it is) for the Map Screen Pointers for the lost levels I haven't found yet. They were 3 byte hex numbers but I found only 6 of them so far.

Plains 1
Plains 2
Hilly level
Underground (Starting point)
Ice 1 (Start Panel)
Ice 2

My brother SSM chose to do the SMB3 lost levels without backgrounds and ignores my custom made SMW level. By the time it's finshed i'll give it back to Peter_ac soon. If anyone knows reply or PM me.
