Unique looking? How is an ugly grey ball unique? And for the person wanting a size comparison between the SSD and the regular SD here you go. I'm not sure if my comment about a regular SD docking inside is truthful or not but it sure looks like it could.

Well in the movie they show an SD docking inside of an SSD so that's why I thought I would bring that up. It would be the most expensive lego model ever though. |

umm... you can't fit a regular SD in an SSD. A SD is 1600 meters long and an SSD is 8000 meters long. A single SD would fill almost 1/5 the SSD. I suppose it might hold a 900 meter long VSD (Victory class Star Destroyer), but I doubt the hangar is large enough. Even if it is, it would be full of TIEs, as they don't have hyperdrives.
Edit: I suppose you might fit an SD in the 17.5 kilometer Eclipse-class (the main weapon of which is 2/3 the strength of the death star's superlaser). |
