if you post all the data you know I can add more features and possibly make it a little more then a text editor, but nothing to do with editing levels, as that takes way to much time to program ill do stats and stuff though |

it helps a little, although I have most of that text already.
Edit: Alright, an update, no new text, but I have fixed a couple things, and added checking to make sure your using the (U) version of the rom. http://dcah.matzoo.com/files/mm3tedit12.zip |

Ah, that's cool. 
I always do my text editing through straight hex on my Megaman 3 hack I'm working on.
If you want, I can send you every other known piece of game text found in the game since I know where all of it is. The ending After beating dr wily Before starting dr wily when Dr Light tells you about "wily running off with gamma" Basically anything.
I've got all the offsets. |

Heres something I whipped up in a couple hours, it edits most of the text in the megaman 3 NES rom. screen: 
link: http://dcahrakos.info/mm3tedit12.zip edit: if you downloaded earlier, please re downloaded, fixed a couple things. also, before going on to another text entry, press the save button. as it only save one text entry at a time, and disregard the number to the right(not left ) of the text box, its just for reference, its the index of the selected entry in the list box. |
