Corporate punk... what an oxymoron. They must have some HUGE posers to come up with a genre like that. Real punks work against the system, not for it. |

Whatever I put in yields annoying corporate "punk" music. |

Well so far I've been listening 3 hours and haven't heard the same song twice. Maybe I'm just lucky. |

I've tried this before. I never thought I'd get sick of hearing Tiesto's Adagio for Strings, but it wore me out after hearing it 3 times in 45 minutes. I'll pass. |

Like I said, this adapts to you and does it instantly. Just give it a song title you like and it will start playing similar songs. Just try it, it's free so it can't hurt. |

I've used internet radio sations before and the playlists tend to suck. |

The website is http://www.pandora.com. Now this is like Yahoo's webstation only better. You put in the name of a song you like and it will start to play songs similar to it. You hit the "Guide Us" button while the song is playing and tell them wther or not you like it. As soon as you tell them whether or not you like the song, it changes your future playlist to play better music. Personally I find it better than yahoo.
I opened the webpage, signed up and 30 seconds later I am listening to New Music by artists I have never heard of that I like. Just try it, you might like it too. Straight from the website when you create a new radio station (you can have 100) "Why did you play this song?" Based on what you've told us so far, we're playing this track because it features hard rock roots, electronica influences, a subtle use of vocal harmony, mild rhythmic syncopation and repetitive melodic phrasing. |
