You are a clever one Ziff

Math: People get mad at things that happened like... thousands of years ago. Why, I don't really know.. it's either they have a hidden agenda or, they were just taught to think like that. Take religious wars for example. Well, I think anyone would be lying if they said that they weren't still pissed at the Nazi's. That's sorta different though... when people refer to WWI and II with the French, it's kind of like... how does that even KIND of affect people today?

When I French bash I remind them that the Battle of Hastings was won by Latinized Norse, not Frenchmen

Whenever I am subjected to a French bashing extravaganza, I always wait for the classic line - the line about WW1 and 2. If they invoke that, I know what's ahead is probably utter garbage and misinformation. I'm mean wtf, that was 60 fucking years ago.

I actually dont agree with this. I, being a newbie, have incounterd many users telling me off about mistakes that I have made. And I do not talk to them with a closed mind. I only consult them with the rudeness of there post,if there is any. Other wise i am allways open minded about any mistakes that I may have made.

This article involved no research. It's not a news article... it's a bash bash bash-fest.

When I read neo-conservative articles, they always look like a bash bash bash-fest to me. While nuetral or "Liberal" biased papers.. seem to be based around facts and.. what really happened.

This article is trash... and whoever wrote it should be forced to read nuetral news sources for the rest of their days on earth and form their own opinions on what's happening instead of confining themselves to an obnoxious subculture where there'e only one pattern of thought allowed.

If this were CNN, BBC, CBC, CCPN or something...Then this would make sense.

This is Acmlm's. A tucked away dingy corner of the internet.

Oh, let's be fair, they've gotten attention elsewhere. For being a complete joke. The best thing for all parties involved that matter (read: everyone but the site) is to just ignore 'em. They aren't worth the attention.

Neoconservatism on a whole isn't really that impressive of a movement. A lot of the arguments have just as many holes in them as the liberal side of most of the "debates" that go on across the internet.

The difference between the two is primarily in attitude.

Recently, a paper was published at my university called "The Grand Old Paper". It was an obviously republican, pro-pro-pro-pro-right wing newspaper. It bashed the normal newspaper for having a liberal bias, presented several articles with arrogant overtones about the usual issues (gay marriage, affirmative action, abortion, How Awesome Bush Is And You All Need To Realize That, war on terror, bullshit article about how the liberals properly disposed of a flag, big front page article that implied that women were an inherently weaker sex, etc), featuring incorrect information that's close enough to the facts to warrant speculation, ambiguous statements, and expanded and manipulated use of statistics. In short, it was like a filibuster on newsprint. And it PISSED PEOPLE OFF. BADLY.

The normal newspaper is considered "Liberal". In fact, many of the writers on the school newspaper's staff are republicans, middle-standers, conservatives, and a smattering of liberals, all of which would rather, you know, research and inform rather than inflate and agitate with their sensationalist writing. The newspaper is normally very unbiased, and normally brings the subjects of its media (government, school, students) to bear with the facts. In other words, you do bad stuff, the bad stuff you do is going to make you look bad because it's going to be truthfully informed. The same applies to good stuff.

My point is this: Emcee's got it. Getting people's attention, agitating, and angering is what both sides of politics today are all about. The media (well, except maybe FOX News) shouldn't be labeled as conservative or liberal or biased or anything like that, if they're doing their job correctly. If they're informing and inquiring, and it all comes out to a flat show of the facts. Any publications out there that do this, I applaud and recognize.

Everything else? They can go screw.

It seems aleast some of people here have already heard of this site and the people on it. The more outrageous and offensive they become, the more people post threads like this on message boards linking to their site to point out how outrageous and offensive they are, and then the more people click on those links to go back their site and view all there merchandise, and read all their rascist propaganda.

It's all about getting people's attention.

These kids are serious. They will defend Neo-Conservatism to death. They ban most of the non- Neo-Cons, except for a few opposing idiots.

Ah yes, nothing says relevance quite like France-bashing. I'm wondering if whoever touched Bill O'Reilly inappropriately was wearing a beret or something. Mind you, this site's basically the leading (read: only) site for the neocon attempted hijacking of punk, and even that's a stretch.

Oh, and Wilkow was a fuckin' idiot when he was on Radio 104 up here, so I'm ASTOUNDED (as in, not at all) that he'd be on this site.

Racism is racism. Plus it's a trivializing insult to say he's as racist to whites as Muslims or Blacks.
